Human dignity

Human dignity is a principle that presupposes the unconditional value of every human being, prohibiting such practices as the total digital monitoring of the individual or his or her humiliation through deception, manipulation or exclusion.

Self determination is a fundamental expression of freedom, and encompasses the notion of informational self determination.

The right to privacy is intended to preserve an individual’s freedom and the integrity of his or her personal identity.
