Build a strong network and data security barrier.

Support the Global Data Security Initiative, deepen cooperation between China and Africa in the fields of network and data security, jointly promote the research and application of network security technology and products, and create auditable, supervised, traceable, and trustworthy artificial intelligence technology. China and France emphasize that artificial intelligence must serve the public interest, and the development and use of artificial intelligence by all countries must comply with the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter.
